I have the exact same problem. After a month of use. Send it out a month ago under warranty. And haven't received a new one yet.
Today I called them and they say they haven't received it. Even though the tracking number showeds received two weeks ago.
I will never buy another product from this people based on customer service. This is the third tool I buy from them including maxidas708,tpms tool and know the maxisyspro.

My buddy sent his scanner in to Autel and was told to send it to Long Island NY and to get insurance for the package for the full value of the scanner. He got an replacement in about a week. The Tracking number you have posted the destination is in Ohio. Did you send it to the wrong address and did you get an RMA number. If you did get insurance and UPS delivered to the wrong address then you need to call UPS for an insurance claim and not Autel. I had several friends get warranty units from Autel and the replacements were all new.
